Logic Capital was founded with the goal of assisting our clients with their financial planning and investment advisory needs based upon a foundation of honesty and trust. We truly care about helping our clients achieve their financial objectives, providing piece of mind throughout the journey.

Our staff consists of experienced professionals with a "hands-on" approach to financial guidance. A proud third-generation native Houstonian, Toby has served on various industry and charitable advisory boards, church committees, homeowner's associations as well as coached many baseball and soccer teams. Husband, father and now grandfather of Miss Norah!

Vice President

Donnie Roberts, CFP®

Over the past 20+ years, Donnie has focused on providing personalized services to successful business owners, executives, professionals, and their families, in the areas of financial planning, investment management, tax mitigation, estate and trust services, and charitable giving.   Additionally, he has extensive knowledge in executive benefits, retirement accumulation and distribution analysis, and more recently the personal purpose process.   Every relationship is built around the needs of the individual with success measured by client satisfaction and the attainment of their goals.  

He has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ since 1998 and has served on various non-profit boards and organizations in the Houston area.   He follows the fiduciary standard of care that states “client’s needs come first” and holds the duty of client loyalty and care in the highest regard.

He and his wife, Dixie, reside in the Woodlands and have two active teenagers.   When he is not watching their children’s sporting activities, he enjoys many outdoor activities along with cooking.

Paige Pickar Guinn, CFP®

Financial planning is in Paige's roots; from witnessing the planning in her home growing up to studying it in college, she knew this was the field for her. With her financial savvy and deep compassion for helping others, wealth management was the perfect path for her to support individuals and families on their journey to finding financial security and confidence. Being a fiduciary to her clients has always been at the core of her work philosophy. Establishing a strong relationship with clients based on loyalty, care and a strong dedication toward financial peace of mind is the very foundation of Paige's work ethic and motivation. After more than twenty years of studying the financial planning process, she brings a unique and highly customized approach to working with clients. Paige believes ongoing planning and counseling are the keys to being a client’s most trusted advisor.   

Paige graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in finance and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. Paige's professional experience includes over twenty-three years with financial planning firms in Houston and Bryan, Texas. Paige is a longtime member of the Financial Planning Association. Paige currently serves as President of the Houston Estate and Financial Forum.  

Paige, her husband Stephen and three children have lived in Spring Branch for over 15 years. Paige enjoys her roles of basketball and softball mom. Although life is busy, Paige and Stephen prioritize family time by retreating to nature in East Texas.

Mallory Blanton

Mallory has over 11 years of experience in the financial planning and insurance industry, as well as 16 years of client service experience.

In her role as Director of Operations at Logic Capital Management, she uses her specific expertise in financial analysis, insurance and client service to serve the clients of the firm, as well as manage the online experience of existing and prospective clients.

Mallory lives in Cedar Park, TX with her husband and children.

Susan Riley

Susan has served the firm, including the predecessor firm, for 20+ years. Prior to this, she served in various management and administrative roles in Fortune 1000 executive suites in Houston.
